I know instinctively that I am a spirit in a body. I am capable of experience beyond physical dimensions. I have the ability to leave my body, return safely and remember this with clarity.

 

                     I continue to explore higher levels of consciousness. I feel the divine light in myself and in others. I know that beneath our shells of flesh, we are all the same ethereal light.

 

                      As I dream, I am aware of my dream state. From this lucid dream state, I consciously induce an astral projection.

                      Throughout the waking day, I perform reality checks by looking at my hands. This becomes a habit that I carry into my dream state and can apply to induce a conscious out of body experience.

 

                      As I drift into sleep states, my conscious mind remains aware. I feel vibrations before slipping into sleep and remain calm and clear while my subtle body separates from my physical body.

 

                      The feeling of being out of my body gives me freedom from the physical world. I use my out of body travel wisely to further my spiritual journey.

 

 

                      I constantly radiate auric vibrations of light, love and healing into my environment. I am aware of, and in control of all thoughts that pass through my mind now.

 

                      Each night I remember with greater clarity the activities in my dreams. Within my dreams, I am aware of the dream state and remain focused while lucid.

 

                      I am a mastered astral traveler I am an enlightened soul. My astral travel brings balance and clarity back into my waking life experience.

 

                      I am aware of the power of my thoughts and reactions. I constantly focus on my heart consciousness to remain balanced, and at peace, in all situations.
