Empowerment Through Emotional Self- Healing

One of the most challenging lessons for many human beings is to let go of the past, then learn to move forward from loss, guilt, regret and grudges in an empowered way.  Many times, this is easier said than done.  Many times, it is easier to dispense this advice to others than apply it in our own lives.

Why is that? Why is it almost impossible for some people to detach and move on from certain emotional upsetting events? Why are there are so many people who carry around their grievances from the long ago past for years and years?  Why is it so hard for us to relinquish these old, tired emotions?

The following information is based on my learning’s in the spiritual and metaphysical fields of study from a variety of sources on this topic.  In addition, know what I present may be unique, because it is also based on my personal experiences since my spiritual awakening in 2009.  It also comes from the telepathic information I have received to date from many Light Beings who exist in other dimensional frequencies. My hope is that you find my firsthand experiences helpful to you in believing in, and understanding better, the concepts of human reincarnation and our divine nature.

            I am an advanced channeler of Light Beings. To date, I have channeled messages from over forty-two different Light Beings. They impart information to help move humanity forth.  Telepathically, I am able to receive these messages in my thought voice inside my head.  I transcribe their messages as I hear them. 

            I have shared their inspirational messages on many social media platforms, including in a free eBook “Aristotle’s Teachings for the New Age, a Series of Channelings.” The numerous channelings I have received on the topic of our divinity, has been definitive proof to me of the existence of our Divine Nature, which is an essential component in understanding reincarnation.

Change, an intimidating topic for some who fear what it will bring, that which is unknown.  Change is the one thing in life that is permanent.  In fact, it has defined and shaped human history since the beginning of time. 

            Without change, each one of us cannot spiritually mature. We are all divine, evolving souls, who have chosen to incarnate on the planet Earth, to realize our divinity, and to become fully this.  This process of realizing our divinity is an unfolding that occurs through change within us. 

            Sometimes, these changes are rapid and volatile. Sometimes, they are more measured and consistent.  Know that in whatever form these changes take place for you, it is the right form for you.  It is in the form, and at the pace that your Higher Self has acquiesced to.

            You’re Higher Self is that part of you that is All-Knowing, and has your Life Plan.  Take reassurance that there is a Divine Order, a Divine Flow, and definitive organizing pattern behind your life and the seeming chaos.

Your intuition is your divine guidance and connection to your Higher Self, your all-knowing, complete self.  It is your personal GPS system to help you navigate through your life.  It helps keep you on your life path.  IT SPEAKS IN A SOFT, QUIET VOICE.  Because it is subtle, we often miss it or don’t feel like we hear it clearly.  Your intuition comes from your heart, solar plexus area, your tactile awareness and in between your thoughts.

The following techniques will help you to connect to your intuition:

1. Live a high vibrational, high consciousness life - This means living in AUTHENTICITY & WITH GENUINENESS.  These type of feelings, due to their high level of frequency, create fluidity and expansiveness in your energetic anatomy.  They open and clear your energetic pathways so that you can more fully hear your intuition.

I share the below based on the multitude of my own personal experiences with out-of-body experiences (OBEs) since my spiritual awakening in 2009. 

What is Out-of-Body?

There are many terms to describe OBEs.  This includes soul travel, astral travel, astral projection, spirit walking or lucid dreaming.  OBEs happen when a level of human consciousness is able to leave the physical body and travel to another non-physical dimensional reality or plane of existence.  Telepathically, I have heard that this level of human consciousness referred to as “Spirit.”.   It has also been referred to as the soul, the subtle body or the etheric body. For purposes of this article, it will be referred to as “consciousness”.

OBEs can occur spontaneously or be induced with intention.  The application of the phrase “Mind awake, body asleep” is commonly used in preparing for OBEs. OBEs usually happen in an altered state of consciousness, where deep relaxation is reached, and the physical body is inactive, such as in sleep or during meditation.  Because the consciousness is not encumbered by the physical body, it is able to travel more freely and readily in this relaxed state, where inhibitions and fears are lifted.

The sleep state is the most common way that I experience OBEs.  Specifically, the optimal time for me to initiate an OBE is immediately upon waking up from sleep in the early a.m. between 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. before rising for the day. During this time while still in bed, I am very relaxed and in a hypnogogic state, making it very conducive to facilitate an OBE.

OBEs can also occur if one is drugged, medicated or even when one is more active during the day. To date, I have not experienced these type of OBEs. 

Learning Reiki. You can learn Reiki. This will allow you to do it on yourself, others, including children, and pets. You can also learn how to send Reiki over long distances and to world events or geographical locations, past, present and future.  When Reiki is taught in three degrees, it generally follows the following format:

First Degree - Reiki I Certification. In a Reiki I certification, you will learn how to do Reiki on yourself, directly on others, children and pets.  You will learn the hand positions series and also receive a Reiki attunement.  We all have been prewired to have access to Reiki; however, it lays dormant in our system until we receive an attunement from a Reiki Master.  The attunement process enables you to permanently open and connect to the universal Reiki energies.  It also clears and balances many important energy channels, including chakras within the body. 

Second Degree - Reiki II Certification. In a Reiki II certification, you usually learn three powerful Reiki symbols to amplify the energy healing.  This includes the symbol for the physical level, the symbol for the emotional level and the symbol to send Reiki long distance to people, places and events. These symbols have many other practical and useful applications.  They can be used to bless your food and water, clear yourself and physical spaces, and clear and charge your crystals.  In Reiki II, you also receive another powerful Reiki attunement for energy healing on an emotional level.

Third Degree - Reiki III Master/Teacher Certification.  In a Reiki III certification, you learn how to pass attunements yourself and two more additional Reiki symbols.  You will receive another powerful Reiki attunement for energy healing on a spiritual level. Your title is denoted as Master.  When you have obtained the confidence needed and experience, you will be able to teach Reiki to others and pass attunements. Learning how to do attunements will not only be used for Reiki students during certification courses but can be passed to those who are critically ill or in hospice.

About a Reiki Session. A private Reiki session is typically 30 to 60 minutes.  The receiver lies clothed on his or her back on a massage table or in a chair.  It is best for the receiver to be in a meditative, relaxed state, with eyes closed and to embrace the process.

The practitioner places their hands in various positions over the body where the organs, glands and chakras are located from head to foot.  Practitioners may also use mental visualization, including colors, to send healing energy to the receiver.  The practitioner's hands may be held just above the body without touching it, and the Reiki energies beamed to the recipient.  

Practitioners may use their intuition to determine which areas of a body need the most energy healing.  Crystals, aromatherapy oils and sound healing, through crystal bowls or tuning forks, may also be integrated into the session.

What the Receiver May Feel During a Session. During the session, depending on the sensitivity of the receiver, sensations of warmth or cold, pressure changes, tingling, seeing images or memories, or seeing colors behind your closed eyes may be experienced.  If you experience any of this, simply observe it in a neutral way and know that it is part of the energetic healing process and safe.

Because the Reiki works on your energy field and may work on conditions that have not manifested yet in your physical body, you may feel sensations in areas of your head & body that you did not even think you had healing issues with.  This is perfectly okay.  It is also normal not to experience any sensations as well.  Many people experience deep relaxation & fall asleep during the session. 

After a Reiki Session. Immediately after a session, people feel at peace and have a sense of well-being.  Some people experience instantaneous relief in certain area.  For others, it is more subtle.  Some people may need multiple Reiki sessions over time depending on their specific situation. 

Directly after the session, you should “lay low”, relax, and avoid crowded areas and overstimulation. It is important to stay properly hydrated with water, rest and eat wholesome, preferably organic, in the days following the session. You may still be “releasing” or “detoxing” after the Reiki.  You may experience unusual dreams or memories from your past may surface for release. This is normal and part of the energy healing process.  Note them and use these to further understand yourself and your life.

Importance of Reiki.  Reiki should be an integral and regular part of everyone’s life for energetic hygiene, balance and maintenance.  Good energetic health correlates to good physical health. Reiki enhances your state of mind. Even short durations of Reiki of five to ten minutes will be beneficial. At the minimum, a monthly Reiki session is recommended to keep your energetic body tuned up, replenished and refreshed. Upon learning Reiki I, you can do Reiki daily on yourself.

Intuitive Manifestation

About Your Higher Self

Your Higher Self is the real you: your total soul consciousness that transverses current, past, and future lifetimes.  The Higher Self knows your spiritual contract, which is the life plan you made for yourself before you incarnated on this earthly plane. It has the instruction manual for your life as well as for all your other lives.  The you that is living this life here on Earth is just a single projection of the consciousness of your Higher Self.   You are a multi-dimensional being who exists on many other levels of frequency/dimensions as well. 

Your Higher Self is the most complete and authentic you. It isn’t behind the veil that shrouds us when we incarnate, causing us to forget where we came from and what we agreed to do in this life; your Higher Self works with your guides, your Angels, and your own levels of consciousness to keep you on your life’s plan.

I had a spiritual awakening in 2009 and my life changed in extraordinary ways.  I developed heightened extrasensory perceptions. I experienced lucid dreaming and regular out-of-body experiences. I learned that I had the ability to hear & receive information telepathically from beings, which exist in other dimensions including the Archangels.
