Out of body has shown me so many things over the decades, and it has taught me so much as well. I have been excited beyond belief, and astounded beyond belief.
There is one thing that has changed my life much greater than most, and that is in the identity of who I am. This has grown now to the point that I look into everyone’s faces, and I don’t see them as they look, but only as they are in their personalities. Sound weird? Let me explain.
When I started getting out, I discovered my astral body, at that time a glowing white and blue. It did not look anything like Jack. Then when I found out about some of my past lives, by commanding my self to see them; I learned I was many different, people who had different lives, in different time eras. None of them looked like Jack either.
Then when I found out that I have been living in the other side for eons of time, I went to see what I looked like in that situation.
I have seen Connie, my wife; in her real form as well, as some of my sons, etc. They look nothing like they do here in the physical.
I have previously covered in somewhat short order, the topics of the vibrational state and the emotion of fear in my previous columns. As you progress in the act of getting out of body, there are two topics you will find to be both of great importance, and also something that can hold you back quite easily in your progression to achieving your out of body experience. Because of this, I want to cover these two topics in more depth than I did before.
The vibrational state, or what I call the vibes, are down right scary. If you are lucky enough to go through your obe attempts and find yourselves out, you are fortunate. But remember, even if you do emerge out of body without going through the vibes; remember that in time, usually a short time, you shall be confronted with them.
If you have not read my column from last month, please do so before you attempt any methods written here. Please keep in mind what I wrote about in last month’s column was not an OBE method, simply a standard meditation technique that is necessary to bring your physical body to the point of falling asleep. In this column, I am covering the next step: techniques that will keep your mind awake as your body falls asleep. In this way, you are out of body, you are free.
There are many, many out of body methods to choose from, and I will cover a large number of them as this column continues. In this installment, I will cover two of my favorites. Each month following I will cover another one or two.
Most, if not all of the many techniques I know of and have utilized, while seemingly different, are all doing the same basic thing: they teach you to let your body fall asleep while your physical consciousness stays awake.
First off I wanted to point out, at least in general terms, how my column is going to be laid out.
This entire column is going to tell you how to prepare yourself mentally and physically to have an obe. From the next month’s column on, about half the column will be about out of body methods, things that deal with obe such as fear, the vibrational state and what to expect on the other side, etc. The other half will be my personal out of body experiences, etc.
With that said, I will occasionally write about or include writings that may deal with Near Death Experiences (NDE’S), Past Lives and possibly Aura’s. Another point I want to speak of is that as each column is written, it is a good idea that you copy it and keep it for your reference. In each column will be a wealth of information dealing with obe. As you try your out of body attempts, you may find you will have questions. Many of these questions may be covered in depth in previous columns. So please keep that in mind.
Sometimes I wonder how my life would have gone, how it would have ended up if I had never found out of body experiences. (OBE)
I discovered OBE almost twenty years ago. Looking back on those twenty years, I now see OBE as an old friend. She has changed my life in so many ways. I wonder how my life would have gone without her: would it have been an average life, the same as everyone else’s? Would I have had a wife, four sons’, nine grandchildren, worked hard, retired, and passed away before seeing what life is really all about?
When I turned forty-four years old I first heard about the OBE and got interested; then I tried it and presto: life had forever changed in only a second, a moment in time. I would never be the same again, not ever. My heart spills out with thanks and appreciation, because in finding OBE that day, my life was transformed. My life became exciting, revealing the answers to my questions. Through OBE I would see the world and outer space, observe my past lives, and learn the truth of who I am and where I am going. I have visited my deceased father, as well as other family and friends. I have been to countless realms; seen God(who I call Father); all the fears of my death have now left me. You see, OBE is more than just an interesting topic: it is a life giving, life changing force.
The out of body experience has been around for thousands of years. Time has shown us the ancient Egyptians did out of body. The Shamans, the Yogis, the American Indians, the African natives, the Buddhists, and many more, all shared in the out of body experience. Here in the States, out of body (OBE) has been slow growing, but gaining.
I feel privileged to have found out about the out of body experience so long ago, and I cannot relate the magnitude it has brought to my life.
Both the worry of death, and the wonder of if we go on, can be answered with the OBE. We can also discover where our loved ones and friends who have passed on are, visit to see if there alright, and if they are happy. The out of body experience can answer the questions of why are we all here, and where do we go? What about our pets, are they still alive? All this can be answered.
What about the God factor? Is any religion right? How do we know, how do we find out? These questions have plagued humanity since the beginning. When a son, daughter, husband or wife dies, or any other, in grief we want to see them again, speak with them, to still love them. The questions still continue to pile up. Have I lived before, if so, who was I, how many times have I been here? Do I have a home on the other side; is there an “other” side?
