Hi, for the week 3 training what exactly is the seven-breath relaxation technique? Is it the 8 count hold 8 count hold cycle with Pranayama hissing?

Also should we be doing this meditation 2x per day or 1x?

Hi Morgan!
I uses the seven breaths with paranayama hissing, and visualize passing through seven doorways. Each doorway takes my body and focus into relaxation and clarity. Its a quicker way to induce the total physical relaxation once the body has been trained in the previous weeks with the flex and relaxation thing.
I always do the meditations twice a day for good training. Early morning, and afternoons.
