hello :)
I am studing the astral projection curriculum and i'm in the chakra work, but i got doubts about the breath tecnique that is utilized inside this work. There is unclear to me. I think that, to better understant for me, it is best explain me the breath metods since the begins of the entirely work. And yes, i'm still reading the book. My questions emerges because my mid-camp seems to be enrolled, and thus i am confused.
I thanks for the help

Hi there Daniel, Im replying here as well as in your direct email to share with others who may have some of the same questions.
Regarding the breath throughout the chakra work, you should be using a long slow breath, and pranayama is a good way to keep it focused. Regarding the hooking of the breath to the pelvic floor, slightly flex the muscle between genitals and anus and as you exhale at the beginning on the practice. see the stream of energy run down your spine to connect to your pelvic floor and hook to it. From here, you are locking in prana each time you breath, and it will continue to raise upward within your chakra exercises and not be lost/waisted.

Please feel free to keep us informed here in the forums as you progress, and ask any questions you may have. This is a huge help to others who may not feel comfortable asking.

Dr. Joseph Kenneth.

    Please, someone could help me?
What is the breath tecnique used into the chakra work? Pranayama, normal breath? Begins by the belly or by the chest? And what is the breath used in the action of hooking to the pelvic área? That things is unclear to me, i am a little lost.

    Thanks

    Hi Daniel,
Its not all that complicated, but there is a very specific technique none the less. Did you watch the mini lecture called crossing the threshold? Some people say its the best description ever given about microcosmic orbits and pranayama breathwork. Look under AP training under the spiritual awakening tab. The videos are there.

You will probably also get some response here from some of the adepts. This is just my suggestion to really understand it first hand. :)
    Hope this helps.
