Advanced Exits

(Excerpts from the Light Body Travelers Astral Projection Mastery and Self Illumination Curriculum, “Life is But a Dream- Illuminating the Self Through Astral Projection Mastery”)

It is of value to discuss as well, that from this point of development in your astral travels, the use of exit techniques may have somewhat evolved. This means that for some, in certain separation/exit experiences, from within a deep waking trance, you may simply make the decision to sit up and step out of the physical body and begin to walk in the traditional sense, or casually take flight. You may also decide to simply separate one energetic limb at a time from your physical body, and gradually separate with full awareness in this manner. This method of separation/exit is of course simply executed from within the perfect state of waking paralysis. The separation sensations produced from this sort of “stepping out of body” as one would physically get out of bed or sit up from a chair can, at first, be somewhat confusing to the conscious mind. There may even be brief moments of internal debate as to whether the physical or energetic limbs are in motion. At times one may even debate as to whether their physical eyes have opened to observe the events or if they are indeed seeing through their astral vision. This too serves as a sort of entertainment in the greater spectrum of this entire astral projection learning experience. With greater familiarity within this perfect waking paralysis state, one eventually learns that they can naturally step out of, or sit up, to remove the energy body with ease.

This method of simply stepping out of the physical body is only mentioned to make the astral traveler aware of the possibility and probability of this occurrence. It should also be remembered that a regular application of the exit techniques learned earlier should remain in practice, as not every exit will come without effort.
