During most of the month of February the Sun will transit through the sign of Aquarius while the ruler of Aquarius, Uranus continues its march through the sign Aries and in square aspect to Pluto.
This means that collectively we will think more globally and feel more altruistic. We will join together in groups whose activities will greatly benefit all those involved. We may also participate in movements that assist large cross sections of humanity and/or the planet as a whole. These movements will typically be grass roots and relatively new, and they will follow uniquely progressive agendas and goals. Their battle cries will tend to be in direct opposition to the existing power structures, which will seek to impede their progress at every turn. For many of us we are likely to feel as though we have stepped back in time and it is the 1960s all over again.
February will also have its share of fun. Jupiter will be in Leo, the sign of fun and creativity, while positively accepting Uranus. This will make the month an excellent time to come together with others for great fun, for renewing friendships, and for creating a better planet for all of us.
As the Sun moves into Pisces February 19th prepare to complete an annual cycle of time and everything that it implies. Pisces is the last sign of the Zodiac and can give experiences related to the completion of karma, as well as the transcendence of limitations and moving from the third and into higher dimensions. Thus cosmic visions, communion with Spirit, as well as seeing, hearing and feeling the invisible realms is common during this time. Meditate, serve humanity, and participate in practices and rituals that assist you in moving beyond the veil and you will remain fully aligned with the Sign of the Fish.
In February be aware that the Full Moon will be in Leo on the 3rd, and the New Moon will be in Aquarius on the 18th. Both days will be excellent for coming together with others. Mercury completes its recent cycle of retrograde on the 10th.
