Its been a rollercoaster of emotions for me this year, and a lot of what was said here is really applicable and helpful. I really like lighting a candle and carrying on a beautiful conversation with lost loved ones. Sometimes I get such deep chills from the communication that I have no doubts I have evoked at least some of their energy. Powerful stuff! Thanks for sharing. :o:o

I also like how you mention that we don't have to forget our loved ones, just come to terms with their transition and honor them. I talk in my car to my mom too!! lol awesome interview guys.
