Hi Acacia, That took me a while to find it. It's located on the Black Line below the Search Option, all the way to the Right. Click on the drop-down by the People Icon, and you will see some options for setting up your Profile. When your Profile comes up, you will see a BROWSE button to get your picture or Avatar from your computer. Your computer will open up a menu of your Libraries, just choose Pictures, and find the pic you want. Click Open, for your computer to transfer the file to the Profile page, but you have to click on SAVE to get it to load into the picture. If you decide you don't like that one, then erase that one, and click on BROWSE to choose another, and SAVE. There are buttons for you to enter things about yourself, but the directions are not too detailed, so you will have to play around with it.

Regarding your profile access, indeed, in the far right of the black header box just above the "looking for something" box you will find your profile access tab.
