I've had a beautiful morning training my Astral projection techniques with the assistance and blessings of the videos in the Astral video section and I would like to share my findings with you all
Here are some notes from the two videos that I practiced with.

LBT astral storm affirmations -

The production quality of this video is beautiful! The seamlessness of the blending definitely contributes toward the beautiful and graceful separation that comes with it. During the experience I revisited my limits, the very boundaries of where I have been, and then some! Indeed, this video does what it says on the tin in that it provided me with the ability to consciously download the affirmations of experience.
The separation process simulated a passing through the famous doorway and travelling the corridor of light. This corridor, rather than being comprised of multiple doors facing each other as in the typical image of a corridor, consisted of multiple temples of light; parallel from each other in the same fashion as a corridor though considerably broader in that it could be seen as a corridor style city of temples rather than a corridor of doors. Say corridor more! Lol.
After whizzing through the centre of all these buildings and out the exit into the realm of light, I was greeted by familiar geometric entities of light with whom I synchronised and radiated with, connecting with their universal wisdoms and teachings which affirmed experience of both past and present, downloading this into waking consciousness as the session ended and recollection occurred.
After the initial awareness of synchronising with these entities much of the experience lacks comprehension as any form of individualised awareness - perspective is traded in favour of universal perspective to fully immerse into the present moment, creating as beneficial of an experience as possible.
I will practice further recognition of the details in future experiences, though in the same manner I wouldn't take my computer skydiving with me and document the experience whilst actually doing it, it feels more beneficial to document these experiences through recognition when consciously integrating the experience back into the physical body as sometimes we can miss out the most important aspects through trying to hard to grasp it.
This session seemed to end almost as quickly as it began!
A wonderful example of relativity and how time truly does fly when your having fun!
There was an incredibly joyous sense of reconnection with these geometric light entities as it has been some 'time' since last visited, though I never really left

Astral projection training video I -

After the initial introduction, as it guided me toward further distances I became aware of and received affirmations once again that travelling to future and past events - distances, and travelling to higher and lower realms are aspects of the same nature in that we remain the singularity at the centre of the toroidal field whilst increasing the qualities of information - experience that pass through by increasing the cycling - resonance of our fields.
On a physiological level the eyes looked upward into the back of the skull to travel forward - outward - higher realms, meeting with the light refraction of the pineal gland. And downward to travel backward (through collective experience) inward - lower realms, into the depths of the soul .
In this type of projection we do indeed travel, but the travel comes through us rather than us travelling through it, so to speak; as the two aspects are part of the same whole, this type of practice just remains firmly in touch with physical awareness whilst also expanding Etheric awareness, rather than detaching from physical in favour of Etheric.
Being both here and there; remaining balanced at the centre of the yin yang whilst heightening both aspects simultaneously.
