A beautiful day to you Light Body Traveler, I am pleased to finally be announcing our first ever Light Body Travelers web Gathering. It’s been quite some time since I last hosted an event, as I have been here in Chile for a year and a half. As most of you know, during this time I have been working extensively to bring together our LBT community website and ultimately be able to connect the entire Light Body Travelers Society around the world through these efforts.
And so, we have finally reached this goal and are able to all connect and gather in a beautiful new way.

So lets get to it. In this Light Body Travelers web gathering, (Crossing the Threshold) we will be examining the seven most effective ways to really begin to astral project. For those of you who have an AP practice, this event will also help you further develop your personal abilities.
We will be providing many ancient, advanced astral projection techniques directly from Taoist and Hindu traditions to get you kick started in achieving astral projection. We will also be doing a Q&A segment where you are able to discuss your experiences and any questions regarding astral projection.
We will be covering quite a bit of information in a short amount of time, so be sure to have a notebook hand to help retain information and be able to apply it in your own astral projection sessions.

In Crossing The Threshold, we will be covering the following:

1. Learn the most effective meditation methods for astral inducing projection preparation

2. Explain esoteric breath-awareness techniques from the ancient Ayurveda traditions

3. Study the use of microcosmic orbits to accurately stimulate your energy body (From the Taoist tradition)

4. Examine the positive effects of sun gazing

5. Discover how to safely self-induce the deep trance states needed to separate from your physical body

6. Learn the best proven time frames to actually project out of your body

7. Discover exit techniques that quickly induce the separation of your astral body

As a member of the LBT, this event is indeed free to you, but is not open to the general public. We have chosen to keep our events private due to the level of the practices covered, as well as maintaining privacy within our group. Weather we meet locally in South Florida, or internationally in cyber space, our LBT privacy is a priority that must be maintained.
